Speaker: Mandi Rice, PE – Assistant Executive Director, Southwest Florida Water Management District
Mandi has been the assistant executive director of the Southwest Florida Water Management District since 2016. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the District’s five divisions: Resource Management, Regulation, Management Services, Employee & External Relations, and Operations, Lands & Resource Monitoring.
Before joining the District, Mandi worked at Tampa Bay Water, Florida’s largest wholesale water supplier, for 18 years in various positions. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!). She is a licensed professional engineer.
